Disclaimer & Corrections Policy
Quickbooky's independence statement, trademark notice, no-advice disclaimer, and corrections policy.
Independence
Quickbooky is an independent news publication. It has no connection to Intuit Inc. — no ownership stake in either direction, no partnership, no sponsorship, no license, and no editorial input. Intuit does not review, approve, or influence anything published here, and nothing on this site should be read as speaking for Intuit or any of its products or teams.
Trademarks
QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and related product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Quickbooky uses these names for one reason only: to identify the software being reported on. A news desk covering QuickBooks has to be able to say “QuickBooks.” That naming is nominative, descriptive use — it implies no relationship between this publication and the trademark holder. Other product and company names mentioned in coverage are the property of their respective owners.
Not professional advice
Quickbooky publishes journalism about accounting software. It does not publish accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as any of those things. Stories may describe how features work, what users report, or what a policy change entails — but how any of that applies to your business is a question for you and a qualified professional who knows your situation. Do not make decisions about your books, filings, or finances based solely on something you read here.
Accuracy and corrections
The desk aims to get it right the first time and to fix it fast when it doesn’t. Coverage is based on information available at publication; software, pricing, and policies change, and older articles may describe a world that has since moved on. Check dates before relying on details.
If you believe something we published is wrong, tell us via the contact desk. Substantive errors are corrected in the article with a note describing what changed. Requests are reviewed by the desk; we correct facts, not opinions.
Contact
